Why this workshop

We conduct extensive research during our production stage to determine if there are challenges or skill gaps within a sector or industry.

For Local government, there were a number of challenges that Women face: the statistics around leadership roles and how to navigate up the leadership ladder.

That is why we sourced a trusted and highly recommended facilitator and panel to help us close the gap on women's challenges within Local Government.
