A little about, Steve Lawie.

Steve is a professional trainer who has trained 1000’s of professionals at all levels and varying backgrounds for over 20 years covering behavioural, leadership, management methods and skills training.

As management and IT consultant, he has worked across a wide variety of businesses working with senior execs and boards, uplifting their capabilities, and transforming their operations.

He has additionally managed projects up to $1.2 billion with 100’s of employees, contractors and vendors across Australia and throughout Asia over a 30-year period.

As a true entrepreneur, he has also started up and run successful businesses in the building, home maintenance and professional training arenas. In his personal life, Steve applies his deep understanding of businesses, metrics, management teams and what makes them successful in investing and trading and generously shares this knowledge through running an investing group.

As a passionate and successful sailor, Steve was also appointed the Commodore of the Cleveland Yacht Club in Apr 2021 and quickly turned around the culture, membership and profitability of the club revitalising the management team and introducing new programmes to secure the club’s future
