Our facilitators are handpicked and then asked to complete a 21-point questionnaire.
We need to make sure that they are the right professionals for your development.
Panel Of Current Senior Leaders
Whilst we always aim to get a facilitator who is sector or industry-specific, we will always have a panel of current senior leaders within that specific sector or role.
CPD
Depending on the sector or Industry our events may be CPD certified, this will be advertised clearly on the event and if it is applicable.
Networking
You will be in a room or virtual room with like-minded professionals who are advancing their careers from the same sector or role as you. You have the opportunity to work together as a group to network and share best practice and ideas on how to advance as a leader in your industry or role.
Pre Workshop Assessment
We will ask where you are in your leadership journey to gain a better understanding of you and what have been your successes to date and where you are currently facing challenges within your leadership journey.
Individual Leadership Plan
You will get the opportunity to create your own leadership plan. This is solely for you. Where do you want your career to advance post-workshop? What do you need to do for that to happen? What are going to be your key milestones?
Post Workshop
All our workshops have a 6-week catch-up. You and your fellow professionals get the opportunity to come back and share your journey over the last 6-weeks after the workshop has been completed along with the facilitator to discuss how your leadership plan has been implemented.
