Update: "Women in Leadership conference"

The past landscape has been challenging for all over the last 2 years. In the events industry, all organisations have had to cancel/reschedule events and look to redefine how they can continue to deliver value to their clients. In the past 18 months, we have been looking at just that. What we can do as a business to improve, differentiate and enhance the value proposition we can offer our clients in events delivery. So OYS has looked at this period as an opportunity to reshape our business.

With customer and delegate experience always being at front of mind here at OYS, we have invested further in the business to elevate our client offering. This includes enhancing our booking process, event delivery options, portfolio and delegate attendance pack.

Therefore, I’m delighted to announce that we are now in a position to relaunch our “Women in Leadership Conference” which will be run in May 2022. As we have noted client preferences are evolving, we will now offer this as a hybrid solution, which means you can attend in person or attend virtually.

Additionally, we are launching 2 new programs which are aimed at professionals looking to take that next step and enhance their current capabilities in their role. How these differ from our conferences is that they are in the form of expert facilitated workshops. Our new workshops are as follows: Manager to Leader Workshop and our Senior Leadership Workshop. Our launch date for these new programs goes live on the 29th of October 2021.

Further information will follow in due course to previous supporters like you. All registrations on rescheduled events will be honoured.

We are excited to be hosting the “Women in Leadership Conference” in May 2022 and look forward to engaging with you again in the not too distant future.
